Student Council
Students' input in the life and work of the school is conducted through the Student Council. The Student Council is the students' liason to the school administration. Thus, suggestions and concerns should be given to the student council officer or representative and to be submitted to the school administration for verification and approval.
The school being a covenant-based community is concerned with all members of its family. Student who has special concerns or problems should notify either the Student Council President or the Student Dean. The following officers shall be elected one every second week of the third term of the school year: President, Vice-President, Secretary, Treasurer, and Auditor.

Faculty
LTS provides highly-trained professors who are distinguished in their own field of studies at the same committed and involved in practical ministry. They are concerned not only in teaching theories but are also faithful in ensuring that students develop a biblical worldview and concern with the church and the world.
Community Services
Participation in an organized program of Field Education is essential for personal growth and ministry. All students should be active participants in local communities of faith for service and ministry. As followers of Christ and recipients of His grace and mercy, LTS students also acknowledge their social responsibility as part of their calling as God's stewards.
Mindoro Extension Program
LTS's commitment to train and equip ministers and church leaders extends to the far-flung island of Abra de Ilog, Occidental Mindoro. We hope that through this, ministers will be more equipped for the ministry entrusted to them. We look forward to expanding more in the years to come as God enables us by is His grace and wisdom.
Spirituality Checks
Since LTS is a Christian instituion for training men and women called by God for His glory and service, every student is expected to be part of all spiritual formation programs by the school. Prayer and chapel time is held every Tuesdays and Thursdays. A discipleship program aiming to train, equip, and mentor the student is also essential. Prayer and Fasting week is held every first week of February, wherein a daily prayer is done.
Another important and major activity of the school is the Annual Biblical Worldview Seminar aiming to help students, pastors, and local church leaders to have a biblical outlook of the world.
